Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original, unused condition.

In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival:

Software, digital downloads, or opened software licenses.

Products marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at service@acazus.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and the reason for return.

Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Securely pack the item(s) with all original materials and include the authorization number inside the package.

Ship the return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For returns based on customer preference (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different item, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order.
